ABOUT YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT

For your initial appointment at San Jose Neurospine, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us sufficient time to complete all of the necessary paperwork.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS

As a regional center of excellence, there can be a several-day wait to see one of our physicians. Consequently, if you have to cancel an appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This enables another patient, who may be in pain, to have your time slot.

We diligently work with every patient to provide the best medical and financial experience. We are sensitive to the financial concerns of our patients and will make every effort to accommodate their financial situation.

PRESCRIPTIONS & REFILLS

The use of prescription drugs is a very serious issue, and we are required to manage the process carefully. Consequently, prescriptions and refills will be issued only during office hours. Please call 48 hours in advance.
